Craftworld Tie'Nu'Var
Craftworld size: Small
Low-Gothic Translation: Children of Forgotten Stars
Main enemies: Forces of Chaos (Especially Night Lords)
Reputation: Feared and despised due their wraith research.
Speciality: Combined Arms of Dire Avengers in Serpents with Jetbike formations. Developing wraith technology.
Colors: Orange armor, Scorpion green helmets (after m34 and day of the saving scorpion). Jetbikes and Regular units denote their vehicles with Green stripes. Tigris units have tiger-pattern camo.

History: Tie'Nu'Var was one of the first craftworlds ever launched from ancient home worlds of eldritch kin. It was relatively small, as when it was constructed, many of the kin never took dangers of their ways for real and considered themselves immortal rulers of galaxy forever. Kinsmen of Tie'Nu'Var sought place for themselves to purify their minds and find their fates away from decadent corruption and hedonism. Also their studied with wraith constructs which were considered grave robbing and were almost taboo wasn't looked too well. Their research eventually would make them close allies to craftworld iyanden in far millenias ahead, helping then once proud craftwolrd awaken numerous wraith soldiers and still protect infinity circuit.

As Tie'Nu'Var were amongst first craftworlds to launch, it shared connection with craftworld Alaitoc whiel their mindset were relatively similar, Tie'Nu'Var's wraith research was considered if not complete abomination still very disturbing in kinsmen of Alaitoc. However rangers of Alaitoc would assist Tie'Nu'Var when needed and vice versa.

in m33 of Earth calendar, Tie'Nu'Var proceeded to Tigris System to locate old Eldar relics considered lost in turmoil of the Fall and milleanias afterwards. After fierce fighting in Tigris system against chaos marauders worshiping Khorne and chaotic taint andn umerous cultists. Tie'Nu'Var proceeded purging planet of chaotic taint for defiling sacred artifacts of the eldritch. After campaign was completed, in honor of securing relics, houses who participated securing relics, were given right to decorate their vehicles and armor, if they so chose with Tigris-pattern. Most vehicles these days that bear the patterns are war walkers. Only handful of other vehicles has survived in 41st millenia as millenias of fighting has deminished number of the kinsmen in Tie'Nu'Var, still bear tigris-pattern stripes.

The Helmet color. Prior M34 Tie'Nu'Var helemt color were Orange with blue eyes. All Tie'Nu'Var Striking Scorpions were lost at the hands of Night Lord ambush when they tried to rescue Eldar Exodites from system known as Vuld'Nash in Eldar tongue while Imperial low gothic its called Jarnis system. That was in M32 right after the main torment of the Horus Heresy that spread fire and death all over galaxy was over but after math was going on and chaos groups were splintering further parts of the galaxy after death of their unified leader Horus. Habitable world with small exodite colony became under attack by Night lords. Tie'Nu'Var rangers happened to be in planet trainign and exchanging news with their exodite kins when attack occured. Rangers informed situation to craftworld where decision to save their kindred was made. While most aspects were exhausted from previous Tigris campaign the Striking Scorpions was at full strength as it did not engaged in combat in Tigris system, which was fought mainly with jetbikes, fighters and speeding anti gravity tanks and thus leaving very little time or chance for melee. Striking scorpions were sent to assist evacuation of the colony but forces of chaos were far more numerous than previously though. All striking scorptions sacrificed their lives to to stop onslaught of the colony, however their sacrifice wasn't invain as their lives secured lives of the colonist who were evacuated into Tie'Nu'Var. Some colonist chose then remain in craft world while others left when suitable world was found or another exodite colony came across the path.

In m34 craftworld was heading towards the craftworld where Lord Karandras was last seen and word gotten to Karandras that Tie'nu'Var was looking at him to re-establish shrines of Striking Scorpion. Warp storm suddenly struct the fleet and threw craftworld with just handful of escort ships separate from main fleet and threw them into real space... right at the front of maraudering fleet of Night Lords. The Few escort ships could not prevent stopping the chaos marauders entering craftworld. Main docking bay was soon over-ran by chaostic forces and Eldars of Tie'Nu'Var were forced to collapse entrances from bay to deeper part of craftworld in attempt to buy time bolstering their defences. Just about when Night löords were breaking thru collapsed sections Eldar fleet consisting majority of Tie'Nu'Var escort ships emerged to engage ships of chaos forces. Fleet was lead by Karandras and vessels from other craftworld where he just was teaching the new Scorpions. Sudden emerge of the eldar fleets collapsed chaos fleet which then ran into warp leaving those souls already boarded into craftworld between returning fleet and and relief attack leading by Karandras and his striking scorpions other side and one side the rallied defenders of Tie'nu'Var and all taint of chaos boarded craftworld then was crushed and purified. As symbol of gratitude and Karandras personally leading counter attack Tie'Nu'Var painted their helmets Scorpion green for never forgetting what Karandras and Striking scoprions had done that day. Ever since Karandras was hold even deeper respect in craftworld and Striking Scorpions aspect was hold great respect. All striking Scorpions after that day who would enter path of warrior in revitalized shrine would always fight honororing the legacy of the saving scorpion.

During the incursion of the Night Lords and when imminent fall of the craftworld was at hands, Tie'Nu'Var unleashed first time their millenias old research into combat field. Very first time Wrait hunits were awaken, wraithlord took place at the point supported by wraithlords and towering over wraithlords were wraithknights and those few Revenant Titans that were small enough to to fit bigger corridors of the craftworld and take defensive positions near the front lines with the wraithknights. And very first time Hemlocks were activated. They were built as part of research hoped they would never needed being used. As these machines were activated first time, bringing their millenia old research now as part of the war. While combat was over and wraith units were put in hibernation, they were used and thus they would be used again in future. The hope that their wraith-research would be able to find salvation for their race was never again there, their research was turned to serve war as long their flame would kindle the galaxy.

After learning Iyanden was under attack, Tie'Nu'Var which was relatively close sailed to aid kinsmen, but arrived too late to participate battle. Instead they shared their research of wraith constructs and inventions which would combined with Iyandens own research help Iyanden raise safely more wraith constructs that other craftworld's could muster without endangering infinity circuit.

During 41st millenia Tie'Nu'Var has been spotted few times or their colors have been seen with Prince Yriel's fleet. Also some rumors and reports say that Orange colored ships of eldritch have been seen more and more often with also raiding fleets of dark eldars, especially with Void Phantoms. What would Tie'Nu'Var seeks with Void Phantoms, who are considered outlaws even most part of Comorragh and have turned mostly fleet based Priate and raiding fleet in real space, rather than hiding in warp. That nobody knows, except that is bad news for those non-eldars, who cross paths with them.

I like what I have read. Would be nice if you posted pics of how they are looking, + a Runic Symbol (perhaps looking like a star?).

I will post soon some pictures of them. The Runes I use actually two runes combined. One from old Eldar 2nd edition codex: the straight line and one from Imperial Armoury vol 11 doom  of myenmera which reminds simplified world dragon symbol reversed.

Tigris pattern vehicles use green runic symbol while normal vehicles use black rune symbol.

Edit picture of House Valun's Tigris Falcon and regular jetbike, both still far from finished. Both needs highlighted bit stronger and clean some part paint job. Flacon was rescued model off eBay which I have slowly fixed and now its fixed and magnetized. (well side weapon is changeable) but it shows rune and paint scheme's.

My biggest problem is that in tigris pattern the rune isn't showing too well, so I think I paint there black rectangular where I paint the green rune. But like in some Biel-Tan vehicles have their symbols done.
